If you start to have issue with ApRecs then you might need to clear out your browser cache. This is smart to do on a somewhat regular basis. When you are in the browser press Ctrl, Shift, and Delete to open the clear history window.
1) Chrome
In Chrome after pressing Ctrl, Shift, and Delete a new tab will be opened to clear the browser.
1) From the drop down select the beginning of time
2) Uncheck everything except for Cookies and Cache
3) Click on clear browsing data
2) Firefox
In Firefox after you press Ctrl, Shift, and Delete a window will pop up
1) From the drop down select everything
2) Uncheck everything except for cookies and Cache
3) Click on Clear now
