If you're using Internet Explorer, STOP!  Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft.   You should download one of the above browsers (we suggest Chrome).  

Sometimes your computer's memory gets backed up with lots of unnecessary data that can slow down other programs. Please clear your cache and try again.  If that doesn't help, make sure your internet is working well by checking another website for speed. Going to and trying to stream a video is a good test of internet connectivity.   If you still have trouble, please let us know and we'll look into this further for you.
