You start typing your product in but it's not there. Now instead of emailing or calling, you can send us the details quickly and easily right from your REC or Record and we'll get it in right away. Remember though, the system is very literal. If you're looking for Nu-Cop and you type Nu Cop or NuCop, you won't see it.
