If you are wanting to change your fields you for the start of a new season you are going to first want to end you previous season. We will show you how to end your season in a few simple steps.
It is important to note that before you start the end season process you will want to make that all of your application records are complete and you have emptied out your trash bin.
From your My Farm page your will want to go down to your location and click on Edit next to one of the locations in your account.
From your selected location page you will want to go into your Fields section and select one of your fields. Then to the right in the field information enter the Season End date and then click on End Season.
After you have clicked End Season a confirmation box will be brought up. Click on Ok to continue ending your season. If you have no records that need to be completed then you will be taken back to your fields list, and you will see that the season start date will be set to the day after the date of the end season you entered. The Uncompleted Application Records will come up if you have any records that need to be completed.
If you have any records that are associated to the field that you are ending the season that are still new they will show up in the Uncompleted Application Records modal. You will either need to complete the records or delete them. Once you have done that then you will be able to finish ending your season.
