The first thing you will want to do is click on the templates tab. This tab will appear blank at first you you will want to filter by customer or location to make the templates appear. Once this is done you will want to find the template you want to apply from the either by just scrolling through it or adding more filters. Once you have found the template you want to apply you can click on the actions button and select apply. This will create a new recommendation based off of the template.
