To approve a recommendation for application go to the Recs section of mobile, and click on the card of the recommendation you want to approve. In the options for that recommendation click on approve, and the status of the recommendation will changed to approved. You can only approve recommendations that are listed as new, and when a record is created from the approved recommendation then the status will change to converted.
